1. RETURN PERIOD

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

2. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@soranaturale.com so that we can evaluate the issue and initiate a refund.

3. NO EXCHANGES

Due to the unique nature of our products, each item is one-of-a-kind. We do not offer exchanges as we do not have duplicate inventory. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund.

4. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
